Numa Ansari is an emerging culinary professional with a strong academic and practical foundation in the food and hospitality industry. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Navrachna University, Vadodara, and subsequently pursued her passion for the culinary arts by obtaining a diploma from the Culinary Academy of India, Hyderabad. Currently, Numa is further advancing her expertise through a Swiss Diploma in Culinary Arts from École Hôtelière de Lausanne, offered at ITC Narmada, Ahmedabad. Her professional aspirations include establishing her own restaurant, where she aims to integrate innovation, quality, and wellness in every aspect of dining. In addition to her culinary ambitions, Numa is deeply interested in the relationship between food and health. She is committed to both gaining and sharing knowledge in this domain, with the goal of promoting informed and mindful eating practices.
